Walk-about Tour

Our ‘Walk-about’ tour is designed for those that want a Storytellers experience - but without the bicycle! This easy walking tour can take place pretty much anywhere on the island: you tell us what you are particularly interested in seeing and learning about, and we will take you to a location to suit!

This tour is suitable for all ages and is family friendly - so long as you can comfortably walk - and have equipment for taking small children if applicable.

This walk-about tour lasts approximately 1 1/2 hours. This provides you with the opportunity to really experience and learn more about Rarotonga, it’s people, way of life, environment and so on, while sharing a few laughs. Each walk is tailored to your interests: want to husk a coconut? Try tamarind straight from the pod? Learn more about what it is like to live on the island? This is your chance!

We can be a bit flexible with our timing for this tour - depending on the time of the year and how busy we are. That said, our preferred tour days and times are Monday from 2pm or Saturday from 1.30pm. We will pick you up from your accommodation, and drop you back there afterwards.
