  • Bicycles are washed after nearly every use. Handlebars and seats, along with bicycle helmets are regularly sanitised (you can choose not to wear a helmet if you like - but you are encouraged to for general safety reasons).

  • The truck used for transfers is regularly washed and kept tidy.

  • Sanitiser is available before we eat.

  • New Zealanders or those with access to a New Zealand or Cook Islands bank account can make contactless payments using (Internet) Banking.

  • Our tour guides have up to date First Aid Training, and we carry a first aid kit on tours.

  • Regular bicycle maintenance means that bikes are kept in good condition. If however you do notice something, please let the guide know - it is hard to keep a consistent eye on all 21 bicycles!

  • Please let us know if you have any questions or further suggestions.
