“Great day out”

We had a group booking for the bike tour. There was a good mix of information on local history, mythology and flora combined with a gentle bike ride on mostly back roads. The lunch was really nice under a tree and our hosts were very friendly and chatty (May 13, 2022 - Tripadvisor)

“Fantastic opportunity on Rarotonga”

Where do we start, this was awesome, so much to say. We were given such a great tour and plenty of information. So much history, time to cycle, photo stops, fantastic lunch and coffee stop. Cant thank Corrina enough. Highly recommend this company. Everyone should give this a go… (May 5, 2022 - TripAdvisor).

“Fun and informative experience”

My partner and I were lucky enough to do a tour with lunch with just the two of us. Corrina was a wonderful guide, well informed, enthusiastic and very collaborative in the route the tour took. We heard all about the history of the island, how the original land was settled, past and current cultural rituals and reflections on more modern day life. The tour included a robust fruit and foliage experience and along with getting to husk and eat coconut we realise the bounty of accessible food on the island. Lunch was fantastic and local, Kura provided beautiful fresh tuna and green and papaya salads. Served on her property under a natural umbrella of her trees it was the perfect end to a informative and relaxing morning (March 29, 2022 - Tripadvisor).

“Fun way to explore the backroads of Rarotonga”

Easy peddling even for non-cyclists. A relaxed way to see the sights and sounds of Rarotonga on the back roads. Corrina was a very good host and story teller and gave us insight into Cook Islands history, plants, fruit, island life. Nice simple lunch (August 2021 - Tripadvisor).

“Huge thank you to Corrina (AKA Raro’s own female Croc Dundee!).

Loved our walking tour yesterday! You shared with us so many fascinating things from local history, culture, trees, crops and the local way of life. A must for visitors! Thanks again” (September 2021 - Facebook).

“Excellent way to learn there is more than Sun & sand”

Corrina was very knowledgeable about the island and gave us some interesting fruits to eat The cycling is very manageable even if you are not the fittest. There are plenty of stops along the way while we [were] shown the local fruits to eat I would highly recommend spending the 3 hrs and learning there is more than just sun and sad to enjoy. The lunch with Kura Ngaata was entertaining and friendly, it was a nice way to finish the ride (July 2021 - Tripadvisor).

Perfect blend of adventure, exercise, and exploring wonderful Rarotonga

I had such a great time on the Discovery cycle tour. Corrina (our very knowledgeable and accommodating guide) started the tour by going over a safety briefing, then she asked what particular interests we would like to cover during the tour. Our tour group was interested in birds, the flora and fauna of Rarotonga, and its history. Corrina did a great job trying to fit in as much as we could into the tour time. We visited some pretty amazing places like a family 'farm' with fruit I'd never seen on trees before (star fruit, mandarin, noni...). The tour had a mix of fitness abilities and Corrina made sure it was challenging enough for people who wanted to see more, and she ensured we took enough rest stops for those who needed it. A highlight was trying all the fruit that was ripe in the season. Avocados! Star fruit! Mandarins! Mangoes! Coconut! Actually there were so many highlights I just have to mention two more: I really loved finding out about the medicinal plants like the wild basil and the plant with edible purple flowers and the candle nut. Lastly, the lunch was delicious. The fruit came from the chefs own garden. Highly recommend (March 2020 - Tripadvisor).

Awesome day out

There were eight of us doing this tour. Corrina was an awesome tour guide and her knowledge of the island was great. Loved trying all the fresh fruit straight from the trees. Our tour went for about 5 hours and ended up with a lovely lunch and a swim in the lagoon. I would highly recommend this adventure and it is great for any type of bike rider. Good luck for the future Corrina (December 2019 - Tripadvisor).
